Ziething White Gold CufflinksJazzy Pizzazz! |
The word "pizzazz" could have been invented to describe the jazzy cufflinks created by Ziething & Co. during the Roaring 20s. This elegant pair features dramatic star burst centers and Art Deco borders. Crafted in 10kt gold, circa 1925.
The backs of the cufflinks are as well crafted as the fronts. The surfaces are polished to a mirror-like finish (please excuse the dark reflections from our camera). Sturdy cross bars and brackets secure these cufflinks on the cuff.
The maker's mark for Ziething & Company (a "Z" is a diamond-shape frame) is stamped on the cross bars. Ziething was a maker of fine cufflinks and other jewelry during the 1920s. The opposite side of the cross bar is marked "10K" for the purity of the gold.
