Antique Sapphire and Gold Cufflinks

Art Deco sapphire cufflinks crafted in 14kt gold. (J8670)

Art Deco Sapphire!
Beautiful Art Deco cufflinks set with sparkling blue Sapphires.  The navette-shape of the cufflinks is nicely complemented by intricately engraved linear and geometric motifs.  Crafted in 14kt white and yellow gold, circa 1925.

The backs of the cufflinks are crafted in 14kt yellow gold and polished to a mirror-like finish.  The cufflinks are connected with sturdy cross bars attached to double-loop brackets.  (Please excuse the dark reflections from our camera.)


Frank Krementz maker's mark.

The cross bars are marked with the purity of the gold, "14".  To the right of the gold mark is the maker's mark,  a backward "F" abutting a "K".  This is the mark for Frank Krementz Company,  a maker of fine cufflinks founded in 1910 in Newark, New Jersey.

Name:  Art Deco Sapphire!

Measurements:  These cufflinks weigh 4.4 grams and measure  9/16" by just under  1/2".
