 This dress set includes a pair of cufflinks and three shirt studs. Like the cufflinks, the shirt studs are finely crafted in 14kt gold with scrolling borders surrounding elegant mother-of-pearl centers.
 The backs of fine cufflinks should be as beautifully crafted as the fronts. Here the maker's attention to small details can be seen in the clean, crisp edges and the smooth, even finish. Note the sturdy cross bars and barrel brackets that secure these cufflinks on the cuff. The undersides of the cufflinks and shirt studs are crafted in 14kt yellow gold.
 This dress set was created by Carter, Gough & Company, a maker of fine gold and platinum cufflinks and dress sets during the early decades of the 20th century. The maker's mark of Carter, Gough - a small "C" inside of an arrowhead - is stamped on the back of each cufflink and shirt stud along with "W-14K" for the purity of the gold. Name: Carter Twilight
