Jade and Gold CufflinksJade and Gold! |
The Art Deco era was in love with bold, contrasting colors. These elegant cufflinks, featuring dark spinach green jade and brilliant yellow gold, are a dramatic example. Crafted in 14kt gold, circa 1925.
The cufflinks are as well crafted as they are beautiful. The backs of the cufflinks are crafted in 14kt yellow gold polished to a bright finish. The cufflinks are secured on the cuff with sturdy cross bars, link rings and brackets.
These cufflinks were created around 1920 by the fine jewelry maker E.A. Dreher &. Son. Established in the early 1900s, the firm specialized in 14kt gold and platinum jewelry. The firms's maker's mark ("14KD") is visible on the reverse of the cufflinks.
