George Street Tiger Eye

Elegant tiger eyes wink with dark brown edges shading to golden honey "eyes".  These beautiful gemstones, a chatoyant variety of quartz, are set in finely crafted 14kt gold cufflinks created by George O. Street & Sons around 1920.

Fine cufflinks are beautiful works of art from every direction.  These cufflinks were finely crafted with sturdy 14kt gold linkages and brackets.  The gold backs polished to a bright finish .

Below the brackets the maker's mark of George O. Street & Sons (an "S" in a rounded oval flanked by "1" and "4") is stamped.  George O. Street was a  maker of elegant cufflinks and other jewels from 1837 to about 1950.  These cufflinks illustrate the firm's commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, elegant designs and fine materials.
