white gold is beautifully complemented by the mesmerizing

circa 1925.
 The backs of the cufflinks are crafted in 14kt yellow gold polished to a mirror-like finish (please excuse the shadowy reflections of my camera). Please, note the sturdy edges of these cufflinks and the strong Krementz cross bars and brackets that secure them when worn.
 The maker's mark of Krementz & Co. is stamped on the top of the cross bars along with "14K" for the purity of the gold. Although the Krementz maker's mark has been described as a "nose and moustache", the mark was inspired by a one-piece collar button that the firm's founder, George Krementz, introduced in the 1870s.
