Antique Diamond and Gold Cufflinks

As with all fine jewels,  you should closely examine the underside of cufflinks.  These cufflinks are beautifully constructed with strong cross bars and sturdy four-footed brackets.  The 14kt yellow gold backs are polished to a mirror-like finish (please excuse the reflections from our camera).

The cross bars are stamped with the hallmark for Wordley, Allsopp and Bliss ("WAB"),  a maker of fine jewelry and cufflinks during the early decades of the last century.  The opposite side of the cross bars are marked with the precious metal mark for 14kt gold ("14K").

Measurements:  These oval 14kt white and yellow gold cufflinks measure  3/4" x 1/2" and weigh 12.1 grams.  The two diamonds each weigh just over 20 points (1/5 of a carat).
