Art Deco 14kt Gold Cufflinks

Jazzy Art Deco cufflinks. (J9100)

Deco Circles!

Jazzy Art Deco cufflinks with bright centers of hypnotic, concentric circles surrounded by yellow gold bands of wave-like scrolls.  White gold borders complete the symphony of color and light.  Created by United Jewelers in 14kt gold,  circa 1930.

The backs of the cufflinks are well crafted and polished to a bright finish.  Note the sturdy cross bars that secure these double-sided links on the cuff.  The maker's attention to detail and passion for quality is evident.  (Please excuse the dark reflections from our camera.)

The maker's mark ("HALLMARK") is visible on the cross bars connecting the links.  This is the hallmark (literally) of United Jewelers,  a maker of fine jewelry in New York during the 1920s and 1930s.  The opposite sides of the cross bars are stamped "14K" for the purity of the gold.
