Elegant Onyx Tuxedo Set Onyx and Diamond |
| Dramatic onyx centers set with sparkling
diamonds. A border of raised and lowered edges frames the
center stones. This vintage tuxedo set is an elegant study
in black and white from the mid 20th century. Crafted in
18kt white and yellow gold circa 1960.
The cufflinks are complemented with three matching shirt studs. Like the cufflinks, the shirt studs play with the dramatic contrast between the black onyx with the white gold and diamonds.
 The reverse of the cufflinks are crafted in 18kt yellow gold. Five-link chains anchored to sturdy loop brackets secure the cufflinks when worn. Note the maker's attention to detail in the smoothly finished backs and and the gently rounded sides.
The reverse of the cufflinks are stamped with an unidentified maker's mark ("FA" inside a hexagon) and "18Ct." for the purity of the gold. The shirts studs are similarly marked with "G.S.M." stamped on the inside of the stems.
