Dramatic Art Deco cufflinks with striking black enamel borders and linearly engraved white gold centers. A nice example of the elegant black-and-white cufflinks of the late 1920s and 1930s. Crafted in 14kt gold, circa 1930.
![]() The backs of the cufflinks are as beautifully crafted as the fronts with the white gold polished to a mirror-like finish. The darker areas are reflections from my camera. Sturdy crossbars and tube brackets secure the links on the cuff.
![]() The cross bars are stamped with the gold purity and maker's mark ("R14K") for Enos Richardson & Company (later Richardson Manufacturing Company). The firm created fine cufflinks, jewelry and gentlemen's accessories from the 1840s to about 1950.
